Is it difficult to create lipstick? Do I need to complete the entire process independently?
Don’t worry! It’s totally fuss-free! Whether you’re experiencing “Lipstick Couture Experience” or “Lipstick Colour Mixing” the steps are simple and easy to understand! We have on-site Colour Specialists who will guide and assist you, making it effortless for you to complete a unique lipstick creation.
Can children participate in the lipstick-making process?
Children can join in the lipstick-making process! Rest assured, our DIY lipstick experience is a popular parent-child activity. It’s simple and guided by a Colour Specialist who will patiently assist the children. Parents are recommended to be present as some steps involve machinery. Together, you can create a unique lipstick and enjoy quality time.
Can I share a Lipstick Couture Experience with my friend?
Of course! You are welcome to enjoy the experience with your friends. After the experience, you can opt to enjoy an additional lipstick of the same formula and colour for HKD 100 only. Both of you can share the happiness!
Can I mix colour during the experience?
Definitely! Please book “Colour Mixing Lipstick Experience”. Our Colour Specialist will professionally mix colors based on your skin tone and preferences, creating a unique shade that suits you perfectly!
What is the difference between Lipstick Couture Experience and Colour Mixing Lipstick Experience?
The Lipstick Couture Experience includes the selection of a lipstick colour, texture, scent, and engraving, followed by the lipstick-making process. The entire experience can be completed in just 30 minutes. The Lipstick Colour Mixing Experience not only covers the basic steps of lipstick making but also offers more flexibility in customizing the lipstick color. Our Colour Specialist will take into account your skin tone and preferences to help you create the most suitable lip shade. Additionally, you have the option to add multiple active ingredients to the lipstick for free and upgrade the lipstick case design at no cost, allowing you to create a more personalized and unique lipstick. It will take 60 minutes.
How many textures can I choose from? Can I try?
We offer 5 lipstick textures for you to choose from. They are Hydra Matte, Butter Crème, SheerAir, Glitter and Lip balm. We provide disposable lip cotton swabs for customers to try out the colors and textures, ensuring that you can select the most suitable formula for yourself.
Do you provide lip balm making experience?
Yes, we do! You can make a reservation for our Lipstick Couture Experience and choose the Lip Balm Texture when you visit our store. With the Lip Balm Texture, you have the option to add your preferred colour, scent, and engraving. Our Colour Specialist will be present to provide further guidance and help you complete the lipstick-making process.
I have a limited-edition lipstick. Can I customize the same shade as my limited edition lipstick?
Absolutely! You can recreate a lipstick in the same colour as your limited edition one at our store. We welcome you to book the Lipstick Colour Mixing Experience. Our Colour Specialist will do their best to create a shade that closely matches your limited edition lipstick.
Can I walk in for an Lipstick making experience?
Our store has limited seating, so we recommend that customers make a reservation in advance to ensure they have enough time for the lipstick customization experience. We give priority to those with reservations, but we also welcome walk-in customers. Feel free to inquire about available time slots for same-day experiences.
I want to give a customized gift to my friend but I do not have time to create it myself. Can I buy them?
Sending a unique customized gift to your friend is a great way to show your thoughtfulness! If you don’t have time to customize the lipstick in person, you can call 26711288 or WhatsApp 63672505 our store 2-7 days in advance to place an order for a personalized lipstick with our Colour Specialist.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so by clicking on the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email sent to the primary contact person, at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. If you would like to change your appointment, please give us a call at 26711288 or notify us via WhatsApp at 63672505. We’ll be happy to assist you with any changes you need.
I would like to purchase this experience as a gift for my friend. How should I pay?
A lipstick experience makes a thoughtful customized gift for a friend! You can prepay via FPS or bank transfer. After the purchase, your friend can easily schedule their preferred date and time online using the provided reservation number on our website. For more details, WhatsApp us at 6368 2505.
Is the lipstick base formula include wax?
Our SheerAir base formula contains beeswax, sunflower seed wax, and candelilla wax. The source of ingredients comes from COSMOS grade and ECOCERT grade natural farm, which are committed to promoting environmentally and socially responsible activities.
Are your lipsticks organic?
OUT OF COLOURS lipsticks feature organic ingredients like shea butter, but it’s important to note that lipsticks need color pigments, so they can’t be 100% organic. We prioritize using organic ingredients while delivering the high-quality and vibrant shades you adore.
Where are your ingredients from?
We source it from the best raw material suppliers around the world, such as Sophim (France) and Vitae Natural (AU). SheerAir is our natural selection finishing. The source of ingredients comes from COSMOS grade and ECOCERT grade natural farm, which are committed to promoting environmentally and socially responsible activities.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We do not test any of our ingredients or finished products on animals.
What are the industry standards and guidelines for OUT OF COLOURS? Are your cosmetics product clean and safe?
The clean formulation development of OUT OF COLOURS abide to the EU Cosmetic Regulation compliant standard, which prohibits the use of more than 2,500 harmful ingredients. It also undergoes ingredient screening according to the ASEAN Cosmetic Regulation and is dermatologically tested.
What are the expiry date of your customized lipstick?
Our customized lipsticks have an expiry date of 12 months once opened.
Are the lipstick safe during pregnancy?
We recommend our SheerAir for expectant mothers. Its base formula is natural, and the ingredients used have obtained COSMOS and ECOCERT certifications from natural farms. The main ingredients include squalane, vitamin E, nut oils, sunflower seed oil, and more, ensuring safety.
Does OUT OF COLOURS lipstick contain fragrance?
Our products offer customizable fragrances. OOC uses only IFRA-certified fragrances, with a concentration of less than 0.1%. If you are allergic to fragrances, please inform our Colour Specialist, and they will assist you in choosing a fragrance-free option.
